Our story
Northvale began in 2009 in a small office on the Keizersgracht, with two agents and a simple idea: treat every home as if it were our own, and every client as if they were family.
Fifteen years later we’re still independent and still deliberately small. We take on fewer homes than most agencies so that each one gets the time, photography and attention it deserves.
Today our team of eight covers Amsterdam, Utrecht, the coast and Het Gooi — but the way we work hasn’t changed.

Founder & Director
Laura founded Northvale after a decade at a large agency. She still handles many of our canal-house sales herself.

Born and raised in De Pijp, Thomas knows the city’s neighbourhoods better than anyone — and every good coffee spot in them.
Noor el Amrani
Agent, Utrecht
Noor helps young families find their first proper home, and is known for her calm, patient negotiation.

Pieter specialises in villas and country homes, and is happiest walking a garden with a new client.
